As music marketers, navigating the challenges of the contemporary 'rapid-paced' and 'limited attention span' landscape poses a significant hurdle. Our task revolves around effectively presenting our music to the appropriate audiences through the right channels.

In the case of Marshmello's recent Latin release, 'TEMPO,' featuring the Latin sensation Young Miko, we opted for a distinctive approach. Collaborating with Puerto Rico's street basketball trendsetters, "True Buckets," we engaged them in a conversation about jointly impacting their audience. This strategic move allowed us to comprehend not only how to resonate with their Latin followers but also to devise an action with a broader impact in the wider LATAM region.

The implementation led us to undertake a project in one of Puerto Rico's major public housing complexes in San Juan, where we revitalized their own "TEMPO" Basketball Court. Additionally, we arranged a friendly basketball match between the local team and the "True Buckets" team, extending invitations to the entire community to partake in this unique event.

The outcome was an entirely natural experiential activation that garnered substantial digital media exposure, accumulating over 1.3 million impressions across diverse social media platforms. Furthermore, more than 20 Latin blogs from the LATAM region covered the event, and numerous artists and opinion leaders acknowledged this innovative initiative. Notably, this endeavor marked the initiation of a groundbreaking music partnership with "True Buckets," positioning them as the emerging sports influencers in the Caribbean.
